Disney’s Frozen 2 Fan Event featuring exclusive behind-the-scenes look and Q&A session with special guests from the film Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, and Josh Gad!

D23 Members will have an exclusive opportunity to journey “into the unknown,” and preview footage from the upcoming Walt Disney Animation Studios release Frozen 2 during a very special making-of presentation on the research and a peek into creative process behind the film.

After the presentation there will be an exclusive Q&A session with the stars of the film, Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, and Josh Gad!

The event will take place the evening of Monday, November 4, in Toronto, Canada.  Specific details on time, location, and parking information will be given in your confirmation email. There are no reserved seats, so please arrive early to ensure you get your preferred seat.

Available to D23 Gold and Gold Family Members.

You will be required to show a photo ID. Members will be required to show their D23 Membership Card. Event ticket will be required.

Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Frozen 2 opens in Canadian theaters on November 21, 2019.

• D23 Gold Members may reserve a ticket for themselves and one (1) guest; D23 Gold Family Members may reserve tickets for themselves and up to three (3) guests.


• There are a limited number of tickets available. D23 Members must log in by using their D23.com Gold Member account information when reserving tickets. D23 Members who do not bring their membership card and tickets will not be admitted to the event.


• All Guests under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to attend this D23 event.


• Ticketed Members and guests who do not attend the event forfeit their place as well as all experiences, benefits, and gifts associated with the event. D23 Members must be present or guests will not gain admittance to event.


• All D23 Events are subject to change without notice. There are strictly no cancellations or refunds, and tickets are not transferable.


• Video or audio recording of any kind will not be permitted during the presentation and screening.
