Hello D23 Members, the fairest fans of all! Charter Members are invited to exclusive advance screenings of Disney’s Snow White, the live-action reimagining of the classic Disney tale, and to enjoy an evening filled with cinematic charm. We are offering two exclusive screenings with extra magic for a limited number of Charter Members in Orlando, Florida, and Burbank, California.


In Burbank, we will be hosting March 16 screenings for Charter Members at the historic Walt Disney Studios lot for a truly full-circle celebration. 


Due to the limited capacity of screenings, showings will be offered at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., with a shared 6 p.m. PT reception. 


This event will include:



  • An advance screening of Disney’s Snow White on Sunday, March 16, 2025

  • Screening reception at the Walt Disney Studios lot

  • Themed food and beverage

  •  Princess-themed activities


At Walt Disney World, we are proud to be partnering with our friends at Kendra Scott for a special pre-film shopping reception at Disney Springs on Tuesday, March 18, exclusively for Charter Members. Due to the limited capacity of the reception, two time slots, one at 5 p.m. and another at 6 p.m. will be available before the film starts at 7:30 p.m. ET.


This event will include:



  • An advance screening of Disney’s Snow White on Tuesday, March 18, 2025

  • Pre-screening shopping reception at Kendra Scott

  • Sweet treats, including lemonade, sparkling water, and cake pops

  • For any Disney | Kendra Scott Snow White Collection purchase, D23 ticketed guests will receive a free Kendra Scott gift (limit 1 per person)

  • AMC popcorn voucher upon exiting the reception


Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. 


Video or audio recording of any kind will NOT be permitted during the screening.

ABOUT THE FILM


Disney’s Snow White is a live-action musical reimagining of the classic 1937 film. The magical music adventure journeys back to the timeless story with beloved characters Bashful, Doc, Dopey, Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy, and Sneezy. Disney’s Snow White is directed by Marc Webb and produced by Marc Platt and Jared LeBoff, with Callum McDougall serving as executive producer, and features all-new original songs from Benj Pasek and Justin Paul. Disney’s Snow White opens only in theaters on March 21, 2025. This film is rated PG.


NOTES



  • D23 Charter Members may reserve a ticket for themselves and up to one (1) guest.

  • The names on all event tickets must match the registered D23 Charter Member and their guest. Tickets are non-transferable, and entry will be denied if the names do not match. All attendees must present a valid, government-issued photo ID for verification at check-in.

  • Each attendee must have a ticket in their possession for entry.

  • There are a limited number of tickets available. D23 Members must log in by using their D23 Member account information when reserving tickets.

  • All guests under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to attend this D23 event and will require an event ticket for admission.

  • D23 Members who do not bring their membership card and tickets may not be admitted to the event.

  • Ticketed Members and guests who do not attend the event forfeit their place, as well as all experiences, benefits, and gifts associated with the event. D23 Members must be present or guests will not gain admittance to the event.

  • Video or audio recording of any kind will not be permitted during the screening.

  • Attendees in costume must adhere to the following guidelines

    • Costumes may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable or violent

    • Guests may wear costume masks. However, costume masks must not obstruct vision and must be removable. Costume masks must be removed at security screening. Guests are not permitted to wear masks or anything that covers the face in the building.

    • Costumes should not drag on the ground.

    • Costumes should not contain sharp objects, pointed objects, or materials that may accidentally strike another guest.

    • Costumes should not contain any weapons that resemble, can be used as, or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon. Costume swords must be anchored to your costume in such a way that they can’t be drawn. No firearms, projectiles or arrows (simulated or otherwise) will be allowed.

    • Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be refused entry into the event unless his or her costume can be modified to meet the above standards. The appropriateness of the guest costume will be determined by Disney in its sole discretion.




All D23 events are subject to change without notice. All ticket sales are final. There are strictly no cancellations or refunds regardless of reason (including, without limitation, due to illness, change in travel plans, etc.) and tickets are not transferable.

(“Disney”), and its affiliates, vendors, contractors, agents and/or assigns (together, “Producer”), may be taking photos, filming and/or making other recordings during the event you will be attending.
