D23 Members— especially our Beauties, Beasts, and Bostonians! We’re excited to host an enchanting D23 Night event at the North American touring production of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, at the 6:30 p.m. showing on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at the Citizens Bank Opera House in Boston, MA.

D23 Members will have the opportunity to purchase select Orchestra or Balcony seats for the April 26 6:30 p.m. performance; this special package also includes a commemorative gift upon arrival and an exclusive post-show talkback with members of the Beauty and the Beast cast and crew!

This event includes:

• One (1) ticket for either the Orchestra or Balcony section of the Sunday, April 26 performance of Beauty and the Beast: The Musical at 6:30 p.m. (seats will be assigned on site).

ABOUT DISNEY’S BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

Be Our Guest at Disney’s enchanting Beauty and the Beast, the breathtaking musical filled with the romance and grandeur audiences know and love. This enchanting and timeless tale has been brought to life like never before, with spectacular new sets and dazzling costumes. The show boasts the Oscar®-winning and Tony Award®-nominated score, including the classic songs “Be Our Guest” and “Beauty and the Beast.” Reuniting to create this new production are members of the original Tony-winning artistic team, including composer and Disney Legend Alan Menken, lyricist and Disney Legend Sir Tim Rice, and book writer Linda Woolverton—with direction and choreography by Matt West, scenic design by Stanley A. Meyer, costume design by Ann Hould-Ward and lighting design by Natasha Katz. Beauty and the Beast is the beloved musical that will fill your heart with joy and Disney magic.

Ticketing Terms and Conditions:

• D23 Gold and General Members may reserve a ticket for themselves and up to one (1) guest for this event.


• Each attendee, including the D23 Member and their guest, must possess a valid, individual event ticket to be admitted.


• Ticket quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.


• To reserve tickets, D23 Members must log in using their valid D23 Member account credentials and assign a legal first and last name for each guest’s ticket.
  
  
  
  • Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the individual named at the time of purchase. D23 Members and each of their guests over the age of 18 may be required to show a valid government-issued ID matching the name on their ticket.
  
  
  
  

Age Requirements:

• All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must also possess a valid event ticket.

Entry Requirements:

• All D23 Members must present a valid D23 Membership card (physical or digital via the D23 App) along with a valid event ticket at check-in.


• D23 Members and their guests over the age of 18 may be required to show a valid government-issued ID matching the name on their ticket.


• Failure to present a valid membership card, a corresponding ticket, and a valid government-issued ID matching the name on their ticket may result in denial of admission without refund or further obligation by D23.

Event Conduct and Restrictions:

• All guests will be expected to follow the Code of Conduct set forth by the Citizens Opera House; please click here for more information.


• Unauthorized video or audio recording of any kind during the performance and/or talkback is strictly prohibited.


• D23 reserves the right to deny admission or remove any individual who fails to comply with event rules, disrupts the event, or violates the terms and conditions of participation.


• To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all D23 Members and guests attending this D23 event are expected to adhere to the stated Disney rules (as applicable, and, including without limitation, with respect to Guest Courtesy Policies) found here.

Any ticketed Members or their guests who do not personally attend the event, forfeit their place, as well as all experiences, benefits, and gifts associated with the event. D23 Members must be present or guests will not gain admittance to the event.

All D23 events are subject to change without notice. All ticket sales are final. There are strictly no cancellations or refunds regardless of reason (including, without limitation, due to illness, change in travel plans, etc.) and tickets are not transferable.
