Special Employee Discounted Ticket Price: $7.50 (+$3 Processing Fee) + 6.5% sales tax.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The Shopping Spree at Destination D23 event ticket does NOT include any access to Destination D23 presentations, experiences, or limited-edition merchandise pre-sale opportunities.


• This event is for Disney Employees or D23 Gold Members ONLY, and one (1) ticket is allowed per Disney Employee or Gold Member. Guests are not permitted to join.


• Unless otherwise noted, items available for purchase during this event are not eligible for employee discounts.

Pack your bags—your shopping bags, that is! Active Disney Employees are invited to join an ultra-magical shopping experience for Destination D23 at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort at Walt Disney World Resort. This all-in-one, separately ticketed shopping event provides Employees access to purchase unique apparel, collectibles, and exclusives as part of Destination D23.

As mentioned, a ticket is required for this experience—but shopping windows will give you access to all four (4) shopping locations!

The Walt Disney Company Store is opening its doors for Florida-based Cast Members for the first time outside of California! Enjoy merchandise from some of its well-known collections, including The Walt Disney Company and the Walt Disney Studios. In collaboration with D23: The Official Disney Fan Club, it will also showcase the official merchandise for the 2025 Destination D23 event along with other D23 Member-exclusives. Additionally, the store will feature items from fan-favorite brands like RSVLTS, Spirit Jersey, Loungefly, and much more.

Mickey’s of Glendale is your one-stop shop for merchandise celebrating the work and creative spirit of Walt Disney Imagineering. You’ll find new collections inspired by Disney Destinations, The Muppets Studios, and more!

Ink and Paint Marketplace will feature an assortment from fan-favorite brands and friends of Disney including Lug, Collectors Editions, Ravensburger, Art Brands, Pandora and more! Plus, shop ahead for The Disney Villains Collection by Bath & Body Works at Destination D23, which won’t be in stores until September 3! And, for the first time, the magic of Tinseltown is coming to Florida for Destination D23! Disney Studio Store Hollywood will have a pop-up location at this year’s event that’ll feature new apparel, accessories, drinkware, and open-edition pins for fans of all ages!

This event will take place on Saturday, August 30, and Sunday, August 31, 2025, at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.

Event ticket includes:

• Access to pop-up shopping areas in Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort—Mickey’s of Glendale, The Walt Disney Company Store, the Ink & Paint Marketplace, and Disney Studio Store Hollywood—during a designated date and time


• D23 Shopping Spree tote bag available only to Destination D23 and D23 Shopping Spree ticket holders


• D23-exclusive collectible patch available only to Destination D23 and D23 Shopping Spree ticket holders

To purchase tickets:

1. Select your date and time.

2. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Follow the steps to purchase and click “Complete Order” to finish.

4. Check your email for confirmation and your mobile ticket. Bring this to enter the D23 shopping event.

NOTES

Ticketing Terms and Conditions:

• Active Disney Employees may reserve one (1) ticket for themselves only.


• Ticket quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.


• To purchase a ticket, Disney Employees must register with their Disney Pernr and a valid email address.


• Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the individual named at the time of purchase.

Entry Requirements:

• A ticket is required for each guest in attendance to participate in this experience.


• Disney Employees must present a valid Company-issued ID along with a valid event ticket at check-in.


• Failure to present a valid Company-issued ID and corresponding ticket may result in denial of admission without refund or further obligation by D23.

Parking:

• Onsite parking at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is not available.


• Parking will be located at Disney’s Wide World of Sports Complex, 700 S. Victory Way, Orlando, FL, 34747.


• Shuttles will run every 15-20 minutes.

Event Conduct and Restrictions:

• Access to this event, and the merchandise purchased, is for employees’ personal use only and may not be obtained with the intent to resell, or actual resale, or leveraged in exchange for anything of value—including, but not limited to, cash, gift cards, meals, theme park tickets, gas, or used as an incentive.


• Employees are not permitted to wear their costume while attending the D23 Shopping Spree.


• Unauthorized video or audio recording of any kind during the event is strictly prohibited.


• D23 reserves the right to deny admission or remove any individual who fails to comply with event rules, disrupts the event, or violates the terms and conditions of participation.


• To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all Disney Employees, D23 Members and guests attending this D23 event are expected to adhere to the stated Disney rules (as applicable, and, including without limitation, with respect to Guest Courtesy Policies) found here.

Event Notes:

• All merchandise is subject to availability and inventory may sell out. The number of items per purchase will be limited.


• The Ink & Paint Marketplace, The Walt Disney Company Store, and Disney Studio Store Hollywood locations will be cashless; only card payments will be accepted. Disney Gift Cards will not be accepted at these locations. Apple Pay will also be accepted at Mickey’s of Glendale and The Walt Disney Company Store.

Any ticketed Employees who do not personally attend the event, forfeit their place, as well as all experiences, benefits, and gifts associated with the event. 

All D23 events are subject to change without notice. All ticket sales are final. There are strictly no cancellations or refunds regardless of reason (including, without limitation, due to illness, change in travel plans, etc.) and tickets are not transferable.

PLEASE BE ADVISED – Permission to Film/Photograph/Record: Disney Worldwide Services, Inc. (“Disney”), and its affiliates, vendors, contractors, agents and/or assigns (together, “Producer”), may be taking photos, filming and/or making other recordings during the event you will be attending.
