Behind the Scenes at Walt Disney Animation Studios

D23 Members have a rare opportunity to enjoy an evening dinner and tour at Walt Disney Animation Studios. D23 Gold and Gold Family Members are invited to be the first to purchase tickets for this behind-the-scenes experience that also includes an advance screening of Ralph Breaks the Internet with a panel discussion to follow!

Your evening begins as you walk under the magical sorcerer’s hat of Walt Disney Animation Studios, where beloved animated films (including Bolt, The Princess and the Frog, Tangled, Wreck-It Ralph, Frozen, and Big Hero 6) were created. Take a tour through the recently renovated Animation building guided by Disney Animation artists, and enjoy an elegant dining experience in the atrium space known internally as the “Caffeine Patch,” surrounded by concept art of Ralph Breaks the Internet while you mingle with Disney Animation cast members.

This special evening will include a silent auction where guests will have the opportunity to bid on an original pieces of art by a Disney artist. After dinner, take a stroll through The Walt Disney Studios and past the historic soundstages used for filming such Disney live-action movie classics as 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Mary Poppins, and Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.

Then, join fellow Disney fans in the Studio Theatre at The Walt Disney Studios for an advance screening of Ralph Breaks the Internet followed by a panel discussion with the filmmakers.

You will also receive a special gift to commemorate this exclusive evening.

The event will begin at 5 p.m. at Walt Disney Animation Studios and will last until approximately 9:30 p.m. Check-in will begin at 4:30 p.m. Please do not arrive before 4:30 p.m. Further event details will be provided in the confirmation emails.

NOTES

• D23 Gold and Gold Family Members may reserve a ticket for themselves and one (1) guest.


• There are a limited number of tickets available. D23 Members must log in by using their D23.com Gold Member account information when reserving tickets. D23 Members who do not bring their membership card and tickets will not be admitted to the event.


• Due to the nature of this experience, all attendees must be at least 21 years of age or older to partake in this D23 event. ID will be required upon check-in.


• Ticketed Members and guests who do not attend the event forfeit their place as well as all experiences, benefits, and gifts associated with the event. D23 Members must be present or guests will not gain admittance to event.


• All D23 Events are subject to change without notice. There are strictly no cancellations or refunds, and tickets are not transferable.


• Video or audio recording of any kind will not be permitted during the presentation and screening.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Filming, photography, and other recording will take place at The Walt Disney Studios during the event you will be attending. The Walt Disney Company will be taking photos and filming at The Walt Disney Studios located at 500 S. Buena Vista Street, Burbank, California. By entering the premises, you irrevocably consent to and authorize The Walt Disney Company, its affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively “Producer”), to photograph you, make sound recordings of you, and use such photographs and recordings throughout the world, for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, television broadcasts and home entertainment products, including, but not limited to, home video and DVD. All such photographs and sound recordings will be the sole property of Producer.
